If you are a local area customer and prefer to drop off your console, Please call to schedule an appointment first. The address below is for shipping in only, the shop address is different. When you call, be sure to ask for the drop off address (which is just a few blocks away).
I chose not to staff a costly retail storefront, and pass along the savings to my customers. Local customers are not charged for return shipping that pick up their consoles.
